Shannon Cordell, FNP-BC
Shannon Cordell, our dedicated aesthetic provider specializes in neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport, Hylaronic Acid Fillers, Biostimulators, PRP, and microneedling. With a nursing degree from Aquinas College and a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from Middle Tennessee State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice.
Shannon spent 8 years as a Research Nurse, conducting clinical trials and analyzing the effectiveness of various treatments. She brings this evidence-based approach to Thomas Rose Aesthetics.
Her approach is centered on personalized care and natural-looking results. Whether enhancing your beauty with Botox and fillers or rejuvenating your skin with innovative treatments like PRP, her goal is to help you feel confident and radiant.
She is passionate about staying at the forefront of the industry, continuously learning the latest techniques and discovering skincare solutions that cater to all skin types. Savannah is a licensed aesthetician born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. With a passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin, she graduated from Aveda Institute in 2024 where she received advanced training in skincare techniques, product knowledge, and holistic wellness.
Her approach combines education, care, and customized treatments to help each client reach their skin goals. Whether you're looking for a relaxing facial, guidance on a skincare routine, or targeted treatments, Savannah is here to support your journey to healthy, glowing skin.
Dr. Peter Geleskie, MD - Supervising Physician
Dr. Peter Geleskie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. After residency, Dr. Geleskie began his medical career in the United States Air Force, assigned to Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida where he spend 3.5 years as Chief of Family Practice. After completing his active duty military obligation, Dr. Geleskie moved to Nashville, TN and joined Riverside Family Medicine where he has been a staff physician since June 2000. Later in 2000, he joined the TN Air National Guard and retired in 2021 after a total of 32 years of military service. For 9 years, he has been on the Board of Nashville North Network (NNN), one of the Synergy HealthCare IPAs, and is now Board Chair.
